what living in this world has done to me.
Where once I had a heart, now only stone.
Once sociable, now I am just alone.
An anti-social hermit—that’s my way.
With downcast eyes I great each gloomy day.
Just look at me, a morbid misanthrope
who skulks about devoid of any hope.
You valiantly have tried to make me smile.
Just go away—that’s really not my style.
And as you go here’s something you can do:
Show me the way to never be like you.
